ASHIMA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 8th August, 2024, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company which has been closed from 1st July, 2024 in terms of our earlier intimation dated 27th June, 2024 relating to 'Closure of Trading Window', shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of aforesaid financial results on 8th August, 2024.
