In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 24th November, 2022 about meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC), pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we would like to inform you that the 14th (Fourteenth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Friday, 25th November, 2022 at 04.30 p.m. onwards through video conferencing. At the aforesaid meeting, the RP of the Company apprised the Committee of Creditors, inter alia, about the current status of CIRP, composition of committee of creditors based on the claims received. Resolution Professional updated that the 45 days exclusion has been granted by the Ho''nble NCLT while pronouncing the order. The COC members discussed on the Resolution plan.

At the aforesaid meeting, the RP of the Company apprised the Committee of Creditors, inter alia, about the current status of CIRP, composition of committee of creditors based on the claims received and considered the following items: 1. In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 10th October, 2022 about meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC), pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we would like to inform you that in the 12th (Twelfth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company, it was decided to conduct the e-voting for extension of time period of CIRP by further 30 days, beyond the period of 330 days. The e-voting was conducted between 15th and 18th October, 2022 and the resolution is duly approved by the COC with requisite majority.
