We wish to inform that Mr. R P Indoria (DIN: 06600912), has resigned from the position of Independent Director of the Company vide its resignation letter dated 28th February, 2024 due to his some unavoidable circumstances. Since the Company is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, the matter was put for consideration of CoC which was approved by the requisite majority through e-voting concluded on 01.04.2024. Consequently, Mr. R.P.Indoria cease to be a Member of the Board, Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee ("various Committees") of the Board with effect from 1st April, 2024.
