On a QoQ basis, revenue decreased by 35.67% from Rs 74,000.59 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income: For Q1FY27, total income stood at Rs 47,684.38 lakh, an increase of 20.06% compared to Rs 39,718.75 lakh in Q1FY26. It saw a QoQ decline of 35.60% from Rs 74,044.48 lakh in Q4FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): The consolidated PBT for Q1FY27 was Rs 1,670.33 lakh, up 41.55% YoY from Rs 1,180.04 lakh in Q1FY26. It declined by 23.10% QoQ compared to Rs 2,172.13 lakh in Q4FY26. Net Profit for the Period: The company achieved a net profit of Rs 1,353.53 lakh in Q1FY27, recording a YoY growth of 32.89% from Rs 1,018.49 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, profit decreased by 23.91% from Rs 1,778.94 lakh in Q4FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 8.23, compared to Rs 5.92 in Q1FY26 and Rs 10.74 in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q1FY27 was Rs 44,751.18 lakh, a growth of 26.87% YoY from Rs 35,271.92 lakh in Q1FY26. It decreased by 37.66% QoQ from Rs 71,791.74 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income: Standalone total income stood at Rs 44,828.53 lakh in Q1FY27, up 25.59% YoY from Rs 35,694.27 lakh in Q1FY26, but down 37.59% QoQ from Rs 71,835.63 lakh in Q4FY26. Net Profit for the Period: Standalone net profit for Q1FY27 was Rs 900.67 lakh, representing a significant YoY growth of 69.63% from Rs 530.95 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, it decreased by 27.37% from Rs 1,240.04 lakh in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: Segment-wise Performance: Brand Business: This segment generated a revenue of Rs 7,657.71 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 6,473.01 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment results (profit before tax and finance cost) stood at Rs 2,613.92 lakh for Q1FY27. Market Entry Specialist: This segment contributed the majority of the revenue at Rs 40,579.55 lakh in Q1FY27, up from Rs 32,823.39 lakh in Q1FY26. The segment results stood at Rs 3,141.98 lakh for Q1FY27. Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOP): The Board approved the "CREATIVE Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2026" involving the grant of up to 2,00,000 ESOPs to eligible employees, exercisable into an equal number of equity shares of face value Rs 10 each. The pool does not exceed 1.5% of the paid-up capital as of June 30, 2026. Annual General Meeting (AGM): The 22nd AGM for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, is scheduled to be held on September 30, 2026. Dividend Record Date: The company has fixed September 23, 2026, as the record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders to receive the final dividend for FY26.
