We wish to inform you that the board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. 29/03/2026 approved 1. Rs. 6,51,00,000 in A.R.S. Liners (India) Private Limited by way of subscription to 6,78,125 equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each at premium of Rs. 86/. 2. Rs. 4,99,00,000 in A.R.S. Terminals (India) Private Limited by way of subscription to 49,99,000 equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each at par. upon completion of aforesaid transection, A.R.S. Liners & A.R.S. Terminals will become subsidiaries of the Company.
