Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, we wish to inform that the Company has earlier received an in-principle One Time Settlement (OTS) approval form ARC on August 05, 2025. As earlier intimated on October 18, 2025, the Company has fully paid Rs. 70 Crores and Rs. 3.78 Crores along with one of its WOS (NVPL). The Company has also received OTS for another WOS (MVPL) for an amount of Rs. 35.22 Crores and has also paid Rs. 3.78 Crores and has sought an extension of 45 days to conclude ongoing transaction for payment of balance amount of Rs. 31.44 Crores. However, ARC has now informed for revoking the earlier OTS granted to the Company and its two Wholly Owned Subsidiary. The Company is disputing the revocation of OTS and further taking its legal recourse on the same.
