S G C O & Co LLP have expressed unmodified opinion(s) in its audit report pertaining to the audited financial results for the second half and year ended 31st March, 2024. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was commenced at 11.30 A.M. and concluded at 12.30 P.M.
