FY26: Reported at Rs 3,77,805.78 lakh, an increase of 14.05% YoY against Rs 3,31,274.06 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Q4FY26: Reached Rs 96,898.14 lakh, recording a QoQ growth of 0.36% from Rs 96,553.65 lakh in Q3FY26, and an 8.12% YoY growth from Rs 89,622.11 lakh in Q4FY25. Business & Operational Highlights: Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 20/- (200%) per equity share of Rs 10 each fully paid for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Segment-wise Performance: B2B Segment: Revenue stood at Rs 3,278 crore, achieving a growth of 13% in value and 9% in volume terms. Material Handling Business grew by 13%. The Mattress and Foam Business surged by 65%, Bubbleguard business grew by 27%, and Ready Furniture business grew by 32%. Plastic Furniture business remained muted. Retail & E-commerce Segment: Clocked a turnover of Rs 408 crore, showing a 17% growth from Rs 349 crore in FY25. The E-commerce business expanded by 19%, while retail through stores grew by 16%. The segment recorded a negative EBIT of Rs 7 crore (improved from a negative EBIT of Rs 18 crore in the previous year). Store Network Expansion: During the year, the Company opened 24 new stores and closed 7 stores. Currently, it operates 31 stores, with an additional 70 stores operating under franchisee arrangements. Capex and Borrowings: Capex spend during FY26 stood at Rs 144 crore, compared to Rs 280 crore in FY25. The Net Borrowing stood at Rs 181 crore as of March 31, 2026, against Rs 272 crore as of March 31, 2025. Sustainability: The Company increased its share of renewable energy consumption to 28% during the year. Exceptional Items: The Company recorded an exceptional item provision of Rs 1,540.60 lakh towards Gratuity and Leave liability, following an actuarial valuation that factored in the definition of "wages" as per the new Labour Codes (effective November 21, 2025).
