In compliance to clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 01.07.2024 till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ending on 30th June 2024. The date of the Board Meeting in which Financial Results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
