This is further to the various disclosures made by the Company on the captioned subject. We wish to inform you that the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ("NCLT"), vide its order dated September 5, 2024 (uploaded on the website of Hon''ble NCLT on September 5, 2024), has sanctioned the Scheme. The Scheme will be implemented upon receipt of approval from Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Kindly take the same on record.
