The Audited Financial Results and Statements of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 respectively together with Auditor's Report thereon and affirm their qualified opinion over the results of the Company. 2. Further, a copy of the Audited Financial Results, Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Cash flow Statement along with the Audit Report issued by M/s. S. D. Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the aforesaid financial results on the basis of ' Qualified Opinion' herewith.
