The Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter & Financial Year ended March 31, 2022.2. The Dividend, if any, on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. Further, in accordance with the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons' of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company which was closed from April 01, 2022 shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2022.
