Legal and Operational Updates Anglo Coal Case: The company has deposited Rs 1,088.62 crore with the Hon'ble Delhi High Court. While Rs 1,000 crore was released to Anglo on November 17, 2025, the final liability calculation is still subject to court adjudication regarding Forex rates and withholding tax. MTPL Singapore: The financials of the wholly-owned subsidiary, MMTC Transnational Pte Ltd (MTPL), Singapore, were not included in the consolidated results as the company is under liquidation and its control has been taken over by the liquidator. CPF Trust Loan: The company had extended an interest-bearing loan of Rs 40 crore to CPF Trust for VRS employee payments. As of March 31, 2026, Rs 35.50 crore has been repaid, and an additional Rs 3.56 crore was adjusted against capital losses.
