The company informed the stock exchange that: 1. Shri Sunil Kumar Gupta (DIN: 06531451), Non -executive and Independent Director of the company, has submitted his resignation letter dated the 21st February, 2025 to IRP of the company vide his email dated the 06th March, 2025. 2. Shri Binay Kumar Singh (DIN: 10467660), Non-executive and Independent Director of the company, has submitted his resignation letter dated the 12th March, 2025 to IRP of the company vide his email dated the 12th March, 2025. Both the aforesaid resignation letters were not accepted by Shri Navneet Kumar Gupta, IRP of the Company, through they had filled the e-form DIR-11 with ROC, Delhi. 3. Official/registered Email ID of the company and other email ID of the company have been experiencing technical difficulties and therefore non-operational since 5th March, 2025 (around 8 PM).
