The Company informed the stock Exchange that un-Audited financial results for the 03rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 of the Financial year year 2024-25, which were scheduled to be disseminated to the Stock Exchange today i.e. 29th March, 2025 has been postponed due to the non Availability of Shri Pranav Ansal (Suspeneded Chairman and Whole Time Director of the Company) for signing the said results and now being disseminated to the Stock Exchange on 04th April, 2025.
