In continuation to our letter dated 5th February 2025, this is to inform that the Company has paid Rs. 3,91,311/- to the Goods & Service Tax Authority on 10th February, 2025 towards the payment of penalty imposed by Assistant Commissioner Central Goods, Service Tax & Division-1, Noida vide order dated 4th February, 2025. This payment has been made by availing the benefit under Section 74(11) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 which allows for a 50% reduction in the penalty amount if paid within 30 days from the date of demand.
