Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, as amended from time to time, this is to inform Ms. Kruti Shah (ACS: 45995) tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company to pursue better career opportunities as stated in her resignation letter. Further, she has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for resignation other than those provided in her resignation. The copy of the Resignation Letter giving detailed reasons for her resignation is attached as Annexure A along with the Disclosure.
