Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and Clarification given by BSE Limited vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 pertaining to trading restriction period and pursuant to Company''s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, KMPs, other Designated Persons/employees and their immediate relatives from Saturday, 01st April, 2023 upto 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2023 are declared to the Stock Exchange and made public. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2023 will be informed to the Exchange in due course.
