We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, 12th November, 2025, in which, inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2025 along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Cash Flow Statements and the Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors.
