Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Monday July 28, 2025 shall be taken as Record date for determining entitlement of members for payment of dividend of Rs. 500/- per equity share of Rs. 100/- each as recommended by the Board of Directors for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting dated August 04, 2025. Dividend, shall be paid, if declares in the AGM, on or before August 30, 2025.
