Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, (as amended from time to time) read with the Company''s Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report the trading by designated persons, their immediate relatives and other insiders, the trading window in respect of dealing in securities of Prismx Global Ventures Limited (''the Company'') will remain closed for designated person, their immediate relative and other insider with effect from Tuesday, 1st April 2025, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2025. In view of the above, all the concerned persons are advised not to deal (buy or sell) in securities of the Company, during the said prohibited period.
