Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and in compliance with MCA Circular dated 5th May, 2020 read with Circular dated 8th April, 2020, 13th April, 2020 and 8th December 2021, the Company has provided e-voting facility to the Members to enable them to cast their vote electronically on resolutions proposed in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 11th November 2022. The remote voting was commenced on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 9.00 AM and has been concluded on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 5.00 PM.
