Pursuant to the Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the Registrar of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 20th September 2025 to Friday, 26th September 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 35th AGM of the Company.
