The Board of Directors in its meeting held on August 07, 2025 have inter-alia approved the extension of term of Mr. Vikas Marwah as the Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel designated as Senior Management) of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from November 01, 2025, consequent of attaining the age of Superannuation on October 31, 2025 based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
