Pursuant to the above said regulations we are pleased to inform you that, post-acquisition of our company by Sagar Cements Limited, under the Resolution Plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal successfully, we have successfully commenced the grinding operations today at our plant at Durgapuram, Dachepalli Mandal, Palnadu District in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
