Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on today i.e., 30th March, 2026 has accorded in-principle approval for the proposed merger of our company viz., Andhra Cements Limited with its holding company Sagar Cements Limited, which will be subject to necessary approvals as may be required from the regulatories and other authorities concerned.
