Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed with effect from Thursday, January 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting at which the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ending December 31, 2025, will be considered and approved.
