In accordance with Izmo Limited (the "Company") Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all insiders (including Directors and Designated Persons as per Insider Code and their immediate relatives) of the Company and its material subsidiary from Wednesday, January 01, 2025. The Trading window will open after 48 (Forty eight) hours after declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 21, 2024.
