Deemed Date of Completion of Dispatch of Notice (by email) to members whose names appear in the member register/ records as on Wednesday November 3, 2021 ('Cut off date') is Tuesday, November 9, 2021. The remote e-voting facility will commence from 9.00 A.M. (IST) on November 10, 2021 and end at 5.00 P.M. (IST) on December 9, 2021 (both days inclusive). In terms of MCA Circulars, the Company has sent Postal Ballot Notice in electronic form only to all its Members who have registered their e-mail IDs with the Depositories through the concerned DP and/or with the Company's RTA, Also, Members are required to communicate their assent or dissent through the 'remote e-voting' system only.
