Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of Keynote Corporate Services Limited shall remain closed for all designated persons with effect from i.e. 1st April, 2019 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year Ended 31st March, 2019.
