S K S S & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 146986W), as Internal Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2025-26. 3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Ameya Dhananjay Bodas (Membership No. 50027) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from June 01, 2025.
