We wish to inform you that India Ratings and Research ('Ind-Ra'), vide its release dated 9th September, 2025, has assigned / affirmed the rating of 'IND AA/Stable' for the Non-convertible Debentures and the long-term bank facilities, and 'IND A1+' for the short-term facilities, including Commercial Paper, of the Company. Further, Long-Term Issuer Rating is affirmed at 'IND AA/Stable'.
