We refer to our earlier letter dated February 20, 2025, wherein we had intimated about receipt of the refund order from the Tax Authorities for an aggregate amount of Rs. 230 Crore (copy enclosed for your ready reference). Pursuant to the said order, please be informed that the Company has now received an amount of Rs. 223.32 Crore, as and by way of income tax refund, against the above refund order after the Tax Authorities making certain tax adjustments.
