Received the limited review report from statutory auditor with respect to unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. 3. Approved re-appointment of Mr. S.P.S. Kohli as Whole time Director designated as Executive Director of the Company for term of 3 years w.e.f. 13 February, 2024 to 12 February, 2027.
