pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for all designated persons in terms of the code of the Company shall remain closed from January 1, 2024 till expiry of 48 hours of declaration of financial results for the quarter & nine months ending December 31, 2023.
