Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated December 23, 2024, has approved the appointment of Mr. Gurpreet Singh Bhatia (DIN: 10119925), as an Additional Director (Category: Non-Executive, Independent Director) on the Board of the Company with immediate effect and to hold office as such up to the date of the ensuing General Meeting. Further, pursuant to Regulation 17(1C) of SEBI Listing Regulations, the Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Gurpreet Singh Bhatia as an Independent Director, not liable to retire by rotation, for a term commencing with effect from December 23, 2024 to December 22, 2029 (both days inclusive), subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
