Pursuant to the "Infomedia Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Specified Connected Persons of the Company" under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from Wednesday, January 1, 2025 and shall end 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024 become generally available information.
