Financial Services company ICRA announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: Reported at Rs 10,130.52 lakh for Q4FY26, reflecting a QoQ increase of 2.28% from Rs 9,904.33 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 1.06% from Rs 10,024.63 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, total income stood at Rs 39,268.67 lakh compared to Rs 38,877.83 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 8,940.31 lakh for Q4FY26, an increase of 5.71% QoQ from Rs 8,456.97 lakh in Q3FY26 and an increase of 10.90% YoY from Rs 8,061.61 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue from operations reached Rs 32,823.61 lakh against Rs 28,672.64 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: Reported at Rs 3,639.74 lakh for Q4FY26, representing a QoQ growth of 24.40% from Rs 2,925.87 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY decline of 13.45% from Rs 4,205.31 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, net profit was Rs 12,671.42 lakh compared to Rs 14,819.38 lakh in FY25. Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: Reported at Rs 18,903.33 lakh for Q4FY26, registering a QoQ increase of 5.51% from Rs 17,916.15 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 20.53% from Rs 15,683.65 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, total income was Rs 67,453.18 lakh compared to Rs 57,543.26 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 17,485.16 lakh for Q4FY26, reflecting a QoQ increase of 6.88% from Rs 16,359.11 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 28.36% from Rs 13,621.29 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue from operations was Rs 59,951.01 lakh against Rs 49,802.12 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: Reported at Rs 5,269.08 lakh for Q4FY26, a QoQ increase of 34.89% from Rs 3,906.08 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY decrease of 5.90% from Rs 5,598.97 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, net profit reached Rs 18,253.22 lakh compared to Rs 17,120.42 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Ratings & Ancillary Services: This segment reported a revenue of Rs 33,645.30 lakh for FY26, compared to Rs 29,459.10 lakh in FY25. The segment result before exceptional items was Rs 12,640.13 lakh for FY26. Research & Analytics: This segment reported a revenue of Rs 26,581.21 lakh for FY26, compared to Rs 20,479.20 lakh in FY25. The segment result before exceptional items was Rs 6,446.89 lakh for FY26. Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 105 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for FY26. This includes a special dividend of Rs 35 per equity share to commemorate the Company’s 35th year of operations. Strategic Acquisition: During the year, ICRA Limited completed the acquisition of Fintellix India Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs 249.06 crore. The consolidated results for FY26 include operations from Fintellix starting October 1, 2025. Impact of New Labour Codes: The Group recorded a one-time exceptional impact due to the new Labour Codes amounting to Rs 691.83 lakh in the consolidated results and Rs 219.16 lakh in the standalone results for FY26.
