Hubtown Limited ( Company) a leading Mumbai bases real estate developer had earlier announced the financial closure of its Rising City Project, developed by its subsidiary , Rare Townships Private Limited ( RTPL) , located in Ghatkopar, through the investment of the SWAMIH Fund ( Towers A1- A5) and Gopani Realty LLP ( Tower A -6). Further, the Company had also successfully completed the rights issue in the subsidiary RTPL , thereby increasing the Company''s stake in the RTPL to 72.22%.
