Consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2025; and ii. Consider and, if deemed fit, accord in-principle approval for raising of funds through the issuance of securities by way of any permissible mode, subject to receipt of necessary regulatory and statutory approvals.
