It is hereby informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company has passed the necessary resolution, on 15th February 2025 and in that Meeting the Board has decided the following matter: 1. Declared Interim Dividend of Rs.0.05/- per equity share (2.5% of the Paid-Up Capital of the Company) for the financial year 2024-25. 2. Further in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Board has fixed Friday, 21st February, 2025 as the Record Date for determining the members entitled to receive the Interim Dividend.
