Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that there is damage occurred to the raw materials and finished goods of our Company due to fire incident yesterday at Sanghvi Organics Private Limited (SOPL), Ankleshwar, Gujarat who is one of the contract manufacturers. Details regarding the extent of the damages to our raw material/finished goods are being worked out. We request you to kindly take note of the above.
