Pursuant to Regulation 30 the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, 21st February, 2025, has inter alia considered and approved the proposal of raising of funds through private placement or any other permissible mode under applicable laws and/ or combination thereof, as may be considered appropriate for an aggregate amount of Rs. 30 Crores, in one or more trenches subject to the improvement of market and economic scenario.
