In continuation of our announcement dated 29.07.2025, we wish to inform you that the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, September 10, 2025 to Tuesday, September 16, 2024 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company and for determining the shareholders who would be entitled for the payment of dividend, if declared at the 19th Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on September 16, 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, September 09, 2025 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members to receive the aforesaid dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, if approved by the members.
