Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the designated persons (including their immediate relatives) shall remain closed from 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours from the announcement to the stock exchanges the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter (Q1) and three months ended 30th June, 2025.
