We refer to our letter dated April 30, 2025, informing that the Board of GIL a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had approved the voluntary liquaidation of GOSL, a wholly owned subsidiary of GIL. We now wish to inform you that NCLT has passed an an order for dissolution of GOSL.
