Shipping company Great Eastern Shipping announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Revenue for Q4FY26 stood at Rs. 1,511.40 crore, up by 23.58% YoY from Rs. 1,223.04 crore in Q4FY25 and up by 3.92% QoQ from Rs. 1,454.44 crore in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, revenue stood at Rs. 5,409.09 crore, compared to Rs. 5,322.54 crore in FY25, marking a marginal YoY increase of 1.63%. Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 was Rs. 1,857.23 crore, a growth of 35.24% YoY compared to Rs. 1,373.24 crore in Q4FY25 and an increase of 6.95% QoQ from Rs. 1,736.53 crore in Q3FY26. Annual total income for FY26 was Rs. 6,312.42 crore, up by 2.53% YoY from Rs. 6,156.88 crore in FY25. Net Profit: The company reported a net profit of Rs. 1,044.09 crore for Q4FY26, a substantial increase of 187.56% YoY from Rs. 363.09 crore in Q4FY25 and a sequential increase of 28.50% from Rs. 812.52 crore in Q3FY26. Annual revenue for FY26 stood at Rs. 3,659.04 crore, a decrease of 4.45% YoY compared to Rs. 3,829.60 crore in FY25. Offshore Segment: Revenue reached Rs. 1,522.43 crore with a segment result of Rs. 479.48 crore. Dividend: The Board declared a fourth interim dividend of Rs. 11.70 per equity share for FY26. The total dividend declared for the year aggregates to Rs. 35.10 per equity share. The Board decided there will be no final dividend for FY26. Fleet Changes: Sales: The company delivered two vessels, "Jag Aarati" (Kamsarmax Dry Bulk Carrier) and "Jag Vishnu" (Very Large Gas Carrier), contracted in earlier quarters. It also contracted to sell "Jag Prakash" and "Jag Pankhi" (Medium Range Tankers).
