Closure of Trading Window
Geometric Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed w.e.f. March 01, 2015 upto April 28, 2015 (both days inclusive), for all Directors, Officers, designated Employees and all other employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.
