In this regard, we have received from the Acquirer the copy of Exit Letter of Offer dated March 04, 2022 ('Exit Letter of Offer') in relation to the Exit Offer and confirmation that the Exit Letter of Offer is dispatched by the Acquirer on March 15, 2022 to all Residual Shareholders of the Target Company.
