Health Care Energy Foods Private Limited at their Meeting held today, i.e., March 28, 2025 have accorded their consent to shift the Registered office of the Material Subsidiary from "B-143, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-1, New Delhi -110020" to Flat No. 508, Chiranjiv Tower, 43, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019", which is within the local limits of the same City.
